About the Role
The Business Development Manager Litigation & Trial is an integral member of Lathams Business Development (BD) team, responsible for partnering with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for the London Office Litigation & Trial Department (including Complex Commercial Litigation, White Collar & Crime, Antitrust & Competition, and International Arbitration). The role will also lead research and analysis to support the identification, retention, and development of clients, as well as the design and implementation of cross-selling programs. The role will also work with individual partners on personal BD planning and activity, and lead on associate BD training. This position will be based in our London office and may be eligible for a flexible working arrangement that combines in-office and hybrid working.
