Overview

Join Gallaghers Marketing Studio as a Video Production Manager. Youll work with a talented team of creatives to bring video projects to life. From social campaigns to executive interviews youll play a key role in delivering high-quality content that makes an impact. Based in Glasgow youll collaborate with colleagues across the globe ensuring every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.

How youll make an impact

In this role youll manage video projects from start to finish. Youll coordinate requests set timelines and ensure resources are in place. Working closely with account managers videographers and editors youll keep projects on track and resolve any challenges along the way. Youll also help with pre-production planning post-production workflows and quality checks to ensure every video meets technical and brand standards. This isnt a hands-on videographer role.

• Organise video requests and confirm project details.
• Build schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage feedback cycles and track resolutions.
• Support the team with resources and materials.
• Work with external partners when needed.

About you

Heres what youll bring to the role:

• Experience managing projects witihin creative teams - video experience a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of post-production workflows including editing and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with tools like Workfront and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and manage multiple projects.
