EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND REQUIREMENTSESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSLevel 3 Early Years / Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)
Paediatric First Aid Certificate
Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
Ability to support children's learning, development, play, and wellbeing
