Protocol Education is recruiting a Graduate Sports Coach Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist SEND and SEMH school in Northumberland.
Many of the skills that make an outstanding coach also make an exceptional Teaching Assistant. Your ability to motivate others, build resilience, encourage teamwork and remain positive under pressure can have a life-changing impact on learners who need strong role models.
Working alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff, you'll help learners develop confidence, emotional resilience and a positive attitude towards education. You'll support classroom learning while also using your sporting background to engage learners who respond well to active, practical approaches.

What we're looking for
You'll have a Sports degree, coaching qualification or strong coaching background.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
