History Teacher - Secondary School - Cornwall (September Start) Are you a passionate History Teacher looking to inspire students with engaging lessons that bring the past to life while encouraging curiosity, debate and critical thinking? History Teacher Role Teaching History to KS3, KS4 and KS5 Cornwall MPS1 – UPS3 Salary Full-Time, Permanent History Teacher A well-respected secondary school in Cornwall is seeking a dedicated History Teacher to join its successful Humanities department from September. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that is passionate about delivering an engaging curriculum while helping students develop a deep understanding of historical events, people and societies. The successful candidate will teach History across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to deliver A-Level History. Lessons encourage students to analyse historical sources, evaluate evidence and develop informed arguments while exploring a wide range of British, European and world history topics. The Humanities department is highly collaborative, with teachers regularly sharing resources, planning together and developing innovative teaching strategies that inspire students of all abilities. Enrichment opportunities, including educational visits, historical workshops and debate competitions, form an important part of the department's wider curriculum.
