\n\nAre you passionate about food and eager to develop your skills in a professional kitchen environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join a talented brigade and help create exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who is keen to learn, develop, and build a successful career within a quality-focused kitchen.
\n\nWorking alongside experienced chefs, you will gain valuable hands-on experience across multiple kitchen sections while developing the skills and confidence needed to progress your culinary career.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n- Support senior chefs in the preparation and service of high-quality dishes.
\n- Assist Chef de Parties and Demi Chef de Parties in running kitchen sections efficiently.
\n- Learn and work across different kitchen areas as required.
\n- Maintain excellent food hygiene and cleaning standards throughout the kitchen.
\n- Follow instructions from senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient service.
\n- Build positive working relationships with colleagues across all departments.
\n- Support, train and encourage junior team members when required.
\n- Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
\n\nAbout You
\n- Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.
\n- Passionate about food and cooking.
\n- Eager to learn and develop new culinary skills.
\n- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
\n- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n- Flexible and committed to delivering high standards.
