Job description
Looking for a role where HR can make a real difference? A successful group of five primary schools in East London is seeking an experienced Cluster HR Manager to join the leadership team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on HR, while supporting schools to attract, develop, and retain outstanding staff. Staff wellbeing, professional development, and creating positive working environments are key priorities, making this an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to build long-term relationships and have a genuine impact. The Role The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HR across the cluster, including: Employee relations and HR advice Recruitment and safer recruitment processes Compliance and policy implementation Payroll liaison HR reporting and workforce planning Supporting school leaders with people management Driving HR initiatives and continuous improvement About You Applicants should have previous HR leadership experience, excellent employment law knowledge, and the confidence to advise senior leaders across multiple schools. Experience within education would be advantageous, although strong HR professionals from other sectors with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
