Job Description\n
\n Service Care Solutions are currently working on behalf of a well-established Wealth Management business, who are looking to recruit an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join their London office.\n
\n
\n This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Financial Planner to manage and develop a portfolio of clients, including clients transitioning from existing advisers and recent acquisitions.\n
\n
\n The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice while building long-term client relationships and generating new business opportunities. The role offers strong earning potential, with a bonus structure of 30% on initial advice fees with no validation requirement.\n

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients
    • \n
  • Support clients transitioning from existing advisers and recent acquisitions
    • \n
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
    • \n
  • Provide high-quality, compliant financial advice tailored to individual client needs
    • \n
  • Generate new business through company-provided leads, referrals, seminars, marketing campaigns and wider business development activity
    • \n
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience
    • \n
  • Deliver against KPI targets aligned to experience and role expectations
    • \n
  • Maintain strong compliance standards and ensure all advice meets regulatory requirements
    • \n
  • Represent the business professionally and contribute to continued growth across the London office
    • \n
Candidate Criteria\n
    \n
  • Level 6 Chartered Financial Planner status required
    • \n
  • Proven experience in a Financial Planner or Financial Adviser role, managing a large portfolio
    • \n
  • Strong client relationship management skills
    • \n
  • Confident generating and developing new business opportunities
    • \n
  • Professional, ethical and client-centric approach
    • \n
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • \n
  • Ambitious, commercially aware and motivated to grow within a supportive firm
    • \n
