We're looking for a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Key Stage 2 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile.
You'll work alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals, learning from a knowledgeable team while helping one child feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
We want you to feel confident from day one, so you'll have access to TeamTeach training over the summer, equipping you with practical behaviour support and de-escalation strategies before you begin.
Whether you're based in Bromley Heath, Downend, Emersons Green, Fishponds, Staple Hill, Mangotsfield or the wider BS16 area, this is an opportunity to gain invaluable experience while making a lasting impact on a child's education.
