Job description
Construction Tutor - Alternative Provision Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Salary: Around £30,000 per annum (Temp to Perm) Recruitment Partner: Tradewind Recruitment Are you a passionate Construction Tutor looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people? Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming Alternative Provision in Wellingborough to recruit a dedicated Construction Tutor on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students who may have become disengaged from mainstream education and help them rediscover a love of learning through practical, vocational education. You'll deliver engaging construction-based lessons in a supportive environment where relationship building, encouragement and consistency are just as important as subject knowledge. Working with small class sizes, you'll have the time and opportunity to get to know each learner, understand their individual needs and adapt your teaching to help them achieve their full potential. Many students have additional needs such as SEMH, autism, ADHD or other barriers to learning, so patience, resilience and a nurturing approach are essential.
