Fantastic opportunity for an individual to join as a Food Service Manager to join a thriving Food service company (Fantastic company, with many sites across Northern Ireland) This company places immense value on their staff, and is one of the best places for an individual to work in. Belfast based role. Salary £32,000 + Bonus + Additional Fantastic Benefits and Perks & Progression Opportunities The Role Our Belfast marketplace team is growing, and we're looking for dedicated, driven individuals to help us continue our success in achieving the EIQA (Excellence Ireland Quality Association) award. This opportunity is Belfast-based only. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail experience who is looking to progress into a management position. In addition to a competitive base salary, the role offers a 10% store discount, bonus scheme, wellbeing incentives, structured development plans, in-store progression opportunities, and a pension. Key Responsibilities Oversee the fresh, frozen, and foodservice department, ensuring all operational standards are met (including handling products such as meat and dairy where required). Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals. Implement promotions in line with company guidelines. Collaborate with the re-order team to maintain accurate stock levels and take ownership of specific orders when necessary. Ensure full compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures. Demonstrate enthusiasm, commercial awareness, and a strong passion for the brand. Deliver against the company's leadership values and take personal accountability for hitting and beating targets Develop strong customer relationships, get to know what they need and build loyalty to the brand. Working Hours 38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (flexibility required).
