We're looking for an enthusiastic *Supervisor* to join our cohesive team and help deliver the warm, welcoming experience that Young's is known for. What You'll DoAs a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the team on shift, ensuring exceptional service, and supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the pub.
You'll lead by example and help create an environment where both our guests and team members thrive. Your responsibilities will include : * Leading busy food and drink service with confidence and energy. * Supporting, coaching and motivating the front-of-house team. * Delivering outstanding guest experiences that keep people coming back. * Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient service. * Supporting stock control, cash handling and daily operational procedures. * Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance. * Helping to drive sales while protecting the warm community atmosphere that makes The Bridge so special. What We're Looking For * Has previous supervisory experience in a busy pub or restaurant. * Loves working in a quality, food-led environment. * Is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. * Enjoys developing others and being part of a collaborative team. * Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
