\nAre you a Mechanical Engineer with a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering looking to come off the tools and build a rewarding long-term career?
\nDo you want to pass on your industry knowledge to the next generation of engineers, with no previous teaching experience required and full support to become a qualified Lecturer?
\nThis leading technical education provider delivers vocational, apprenticeship and higher education programmes across engineering and technical disciplines. Working alongside major employers, they develop industry-ready engineers through modern workshops, specialist facilities and courses ranging from entry level through to degree level.
\nIn this role, you will deliver Mechanical Engineering training across practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning. You will plan engaging lessons, assess learner progress and support students in developing the technical knowledge and practical skills required for successful careers within the engineering industry. You'll also receive full funding and support to gain recognised teaching qualifications while working within an experienced and supportive team.
\nThis role would suit a Mechanical Engineer or similar with a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, looking to move into teaching with full training, great work-life balance and long-term career progression.
