The Role
\n *Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient running
\n *Working across all areas of the factory as required
\n *Reporting machine faults and maintenance issues promptly
\n *Complete training on all functions of the machine operative grade
The Candidate
\n *Previous experience as a Machine Operative
\n *Ability to work independently and use own initiative
\n *Strong communication skills
\n *Able to follow instructions and work towards production targets and deadlines
