\nWe are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day manufacturing operation, leading multiple departments to ensure production targets, quality standards and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
