The Opportunity\n
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Owner to join a global organisation investing heavily in data, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation.

The business is embarking on a major technology modernisation programme and is seeking a Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This role will play a critical part in identifying, prioritising, and delivering AI-enabled products and data solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business performance.
\n
This position offers the chance to work at the forefront of Generative AI, agentic AI, analytics, and automation while helping shape the organisation's long-term data and AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities\n

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and strategic goals.
\n - \n
Work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and data-driven improvements.
\n - \n
Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery roadmaps.
\n - \n
Drive the development and adoption of AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI, intelligent automation, copilots, and agent-based workflows.
\n - \n
Partner with data, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure products are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose.
\n - \n
Define success metrics, business outcomes, and performance measures for new products and initiatives.
\n - \n
Support experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and AI use case discovery activities.
\n - \n
Ensure appropriate governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI considerations are incorporated into product delivery.
\n - \n
Coordinate testing, user acceptance activities, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
\n - \n
Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement.

Skills & Experience Required\n
\n - \n
3+ year's experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within Data, Analytics, AI, Automation, BI, or Digital Product environments.
\n - \n
Strong experience managing and prioritising product backlogs.
\n - \n
Demonstrable experience delivering data, analytics, reporting, automation, or AI-focused initiatives.
\n - \n
Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
\n - \n
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
\n - \n
Understanding of Generative AI, AI-enabled products, machine learning concepts, intelligent automation, or agentic AI.
\n - \n
Experience defining requirements and working collaboratively with technical teams.
\n - \n
Knowledge of Power BI and self-service reporting environments.
\n - \n
Understanding of data modelling concepts, including metrics, lineage, governance, and semantic models.
\n - \n
Familiarity with data privacy, governance, security, and regulatory considerations.
\n
Desirable Experience\n
\n - \n
Experience working within enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
\n - \n
Exposure to Azure data and AI technologies.
\n - \n
Experience supporting AI adoption and change management initiatives.
\n - \n
Understanding of modern data platforms and analytics ecosystems.
