Job description
Your new company Your chance to work with a Recognised housing Association in the Southwest Your new role The role involves carrying out high‑quality joinery as the primary trade, plus additional multi‑trade repairs to achieve first‑time fixes. The candidate must work safely, deliver good customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. The successful candidate will be part of an on‑call, out‑of‑hours rota, paid at £525 for the week they are on call. The rota will be discussed in more detail during the interview. What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent Full UK Drivers Licence Strong joinery skills plus multi‑trade ability Experience working in customer‑focused, target‑driven environments Able to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems Good health & safety awareness Social housing experience desirable Candidates must have access to their own power tools.What you'll get in return £525 for the week they are on call.
