About the role
AsSenior Partnerships Marketing Manageryoullplay a key role in shaping the future ofVery Media Group leading the developmentdeliveryand optimisation of strategic partner marketing activity across our Retail Media proposition.
Reporting to theHead of Very Media Groupyoulllead a talented team responsible for creating commercially impactful campaigns that connect our brand partners with the right customers at the right time through the right channels.
Youll own a portfolio of strategic partner relationships across categories includingFashion Home Beauty Sports and Gifts working closely with commercial marketing category and creative teams to deliver best-in-class retail media solutions that drive growth for bothVeryand our partners.
This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence strategy shape future capability and help accelerate one of The Very Groups most important growth areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of Partner Marketing and Campaign Activation specialists.
- Building strategic partner marketing plans that align with category ambitions customerprioritiesand commercialobjectives.
- Developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key brand partners to secure investment and long-term collaboration.
- Overseeing the end-to-end planningdeliveryand optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Working closely with Category Marketing Commercial Creative and Analytics teams to ensure activity delivers maximum impact.
- Championing Verys brand identity and ensuring all partnership activity reflects our creative and brand standards.
- Identifyingnew commercial opportunitiespartnershipsand revenue streams to support the continued growth of Very Media Group.
- Using first-party customer datainsightand measurement to drive campaign effectiveness and partner ROI.
- Monitoring campaign and portfolio performance driving innovation continuousimprovementand operational excellence across the team.
About you

- Strong experience within brand marketing retail media media planning customermarketingor commercial partnerships.
- Proven people leadership experience witha track recordof developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Commercial acumen and the ability toidentifygrowth opportunities and build compelling propositions for partners.
- Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience managing strategic partner relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Strong campaign planning and execution experience across multi-channel marketing activity.
- An eye for great creative and an understanding of what drives standout customer experiences.
- A data-led approach using insight and performance metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring teams together around shared goals.
- A proactiveorganisedand adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
