You’ll be joining our

Highways maintenance

team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?

You'll enter Material Goods Received Notes (Grn’s) against Purchase Orders into Causeway.

Registering and match supplier invoices in Causeway and monitor unmatched invoices monthly.

You'll reconcile supplier statements each month.

Prepare spreadsheet for Fleet, Plant & Labour information from resource Sheets and enter into Causeway. Along with prepare overtime sheets for submission to Group each month.

You'll reconcile Fleet & Plant invoice to Causeway each month

We'll ask you to manage on & off hire Plant & Fleet items as part of your role.

Reconcile Payroll to Causeway labour costs.

We'll ask you to enter stores issues, stock check and process journal into Causeway.

Processing Client invoices via Oracle.

You'll also be working on subcontractor payment runs and other adhoc admin duties with the team.

What you’ll bring

Be proficient in MS Excel

Previous use of Causeway desirable

Experience in Purchase Ledger
