Your role Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues Take an active role in social and leisure activities that enrich daily life Help shape a kind, positive and supportive culture across the home

Your skills Clinical experience in a nursing setting Valid NMC PIN Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others Warm, approachable and able to build strong relationships Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable
