Bank Project Worker 3 Charles Street, Grays, Essex, RM17 6DX £14.57 per hour Hours as and when required - to cover the scheme but also the opportunity to cover the outreach visits (5-8am and 10pm to1am)

Your role Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential Assess needs and update support plans Act as the first point of contact for customer queries Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity Work with external partners to boost confidence, health and wellbeing, and encourage education and employment Occasional travel may be a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is desirable (This role is sometimes also referred to as Support Worker, Support Assistant, or Independent Living Assistant). Your skills Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach Able to work well in a team and independently Strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar) Your rewards You deserve more than the basics.
