Production Operative
East Peckham ⏰ Rotating Shifts Full Training Provided Long-Term Manufacturing Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation in East Peckham.
This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in producing high-quality products. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in quality, and work well as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
✅ Monday to Friday ✅ 6:00am - 2:00pm
✅ Monday to Thursday ✅ 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Enjoy every Friday off during your late-shift week!
As a Production Operative, you will:
✔ Good literacy and numeracy skills
✔ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ Good colour vision
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
✔ Safety-conscious approach to work
✔ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
✔ Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
⭐ GCSE English and Maths
⭐ Previous manufacturing or production experience
✅ Full training programme (typically 1-6 months)
✅ Company uniform, workwear and safety boots provided
✅ 25 days annual leave
✅ Factory shutdown periods throughout the year
