Overview

Are you looking to kick-start your career in insurance

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Tamworth team as a Trainee Claims Handler.

This is a great entry-level role where youll learn everything you need to succeed in claims handling. With full training and support from day one youll gain valuable experience and build a long-term career within the industry.

This is a full-time permanent position. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with an opportunity for this to be hybrid after your 3 month probation 3 days in the office 2 days at home.

How youll make an impact

  • Supporting the handling of commercial liability claims on behalf of insurer and commercial clients.
  • Learning how to manage claims from initial notification through to settlement.
  • Developing your knowledge to make informed decisions on liability and claim value.
  • Building relationships with clients brokers suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Gaining an understanding of industry standards policies and best practice.

  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment.
  • Confident communicating with customers in a professional and respectful way.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and build a career in claims handling.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
