Are you an experienced Production or Packing Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in manufacturing
Were recruiting for a Packing Hall Supervisor to join a leading manufacturer of vitamins minerals and nutritional supplements at their modern Bridlington facility.
Reporting to the Production Manager youll lead the day-to-day operation of the Packing Hall ensuring production targets quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll coach and develop your team monitor performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead motivate and develop the Packing Hall team.
Allocate labour across production lines to maximise efficiency.
Ensure products are packed right first time and to customer specifications.
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety GMP and hygiene.
Coordinate production start-ups shutdowns and changeovers.
Complete production documentation accurately.
Support training inductions appraisals and performance management.
Work closely with Planning Technical and Production teams to deliver daily targets.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within manufacturing.
FMCG food manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience is desirable.
Strong people management and communication skills.
Organised with good IT skills and attention to detail.
Passionate about developing people and driving performance.
