We are seeking a Regional Trainer to strengthen our current team to deliver quality training to our staff to enable them to provide excellent standards of person-centred care. In this role you will be responsible for the entire end to end process of training design, delivery and evaluation, so you’ll have the opportunity to shape what we deliver! Sanctuary Commercial Learning offer a blended approach to learning and development, using e-learning, face to face training and observation and evaluation.

We're proudly Investors in People Gold accredited and not-for-profit, which means every penny we make goes straight back into our people and our homes. You will ideally hold a certificate in teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, CIPD certificate in training practice or have recent experience working in a similar role and the Care Sector. Strong computer skills and experience of working to challenging deadlines are essential for success in this role.

If you have a passion for learning and development, coupled with an innovative, pragmatic and flexible approach, you will be equipped to meet the needs and add value to our fast-paced organisation. Frequent and overnight travel is a requirement of this role; therefore a full, current driving licence and flexibility is essential to travel to across the region and other regions is requested.
