Salary: £30,000 + Monthly Bonus
Realistic OTE: £35,000 to £36,000

We are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, converting enquiries into sales and taking ownership of the performance of a busy store.
As Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store is presented to a consistently high standard.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will manage customer enquiries by phone, email and face to face, identify the right solution and convert leads into reservations and new customers.
You will be the face of the store, building relationships with personal, business and local trade customers while helping to increase revenue, improve conversion and support the continued growth of the site.
The role will involve weekend working as part of the rota, although there are no late evenings.
