Compensation Salary:£27,000 basic with additional uncapped commission structure based on job numbers - £35000 OTE Location Location: Richmond/Kingston Borough Hours Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm Responsibilities * Carry out Domestic Energy Performance Certificates in line with current legislation, accreditation body requirements and industry standards * Produce RICS compliant floor plans and accurate EPCs within set turnaround times * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EPC legislation, building regulations and energy efficiency standards * Liaise with the Bookings Administrators, Sales and Lettings offices and external clients * Return completed work to offices within required deadlines Full training will be provided, but candidate must be qualified to produce EPCs.
