Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Bispham, Blackpool. The pharmacy is easily accessible from surrounding cities, towns and villages, sits on a main road and maintains strong relationships with local GP surgeries and health centres. It dispenses approximately 3,000 items each week, provides a wide range of NHS and private services, supports nine care homes and manages 60 community blisters. The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 8:30am‑6:30pm and Saturday 9:00am‑1:00pm. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for patients and customers. * Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing and service delivery to the community and care homes. * Coordinate inventory management, blister production and maintain high safety and quality standards. Qualifications MPharm degree or equivalent, management experience in a community pharmacy setting, and active GPhC registration required upon start date.
