Job description
Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Primary School (Full-Time) Location: Leicester Salary: £140 - £175 per day Start Date: September Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Aspire People are excited to be working in partnership with one of our valued primary schools in Leicester to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time position starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their teaching career in a welcoming and supportive primary school. The school is committed to helping Early Career Teachers thrive, offering a collaborative environment where you'll be supported by experienced colleagues and school leaders as you develop your confidence and teaching practice. Whether your strengths lie in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, we would love to hear from passionate teachers who are eager to inspire young learners and make a positive impact from the very start of their career. The Role: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their full potential. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
