Finance Transformation Manager
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to drive finance transformation initiatives across the Group. Working closely with Finance, IT and operational stakeholders, you will lead a portfolio of strategic projects focused on improving finance systems, processes and ways of working.
Reporting into the finance leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering change from concept through to implementation, ensuring projects are effectively planned, governed and embedded into the business.

You are an experienced change or project manager with a proven track record of delivering transformation initiatives within complex organisations. You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders and functions, bringing structure, organisation and strong communication skills to every project.
