We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Client Manager to join our Steyning office. This is an opportunity supporting the Payroll Team in providing an efficient and comprehensive payroll service to clients. Key responsibilities of a Payroll Client Manager will include: * supporting the Payroll Team in providing an efficient and comprehensive payroll service to clients * day-to-day administration of client payrolls to include RTI submissions and end of year reporting * uploading pension contributions * assisting with reviewing and checking of payrolls * assisting Payroll Manager with the setup of pension schemes and any new payrolls * dealing with payroll queries * meeting strict deadlines and processing all work with a high degree of accuracy About you We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: * experience with IRIS Payroll Professional preferred * strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * awareness of confidentiality and need for discretion * comprehensive understanding of pensions and automatic enrolment * ability to manually calculate payroll results and explain calculations/breakdown to clients * confident in talking to people to build client relationships * thorough knowledge of payroll related legislation such as PAYE, NI, family leave etc. Full benefits available for the Payroll Client Manager: * group life assurance 4 x salary * opportunity to purchase additional holiday days * health cash plan (after successful completion of probationary period) * hybrid working between office and home * 9 day working fortnight * car parking * social functions and events * access to our employee benefits portal – cashback and vouchers on everyday purchases * employee Assistance Programme * employee Referral Bonus – we’re always looking for talented individuals to join our team * regular training and development - continuous development and support not only for your professional qualifications but also for your personal goals and aspirations About us TC Group is growing and changing at quite a pace!
