Our client is delivering a large-scale cloud transformation programme and is investing heavily in modern DevOps capabilities to support the delivery of secure, scalable and highly available cloud services. Due to continued programme growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / Cloud Platform Engineer to lead the evolution of their cloud deployment framework and DevOps tooling.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll take ownership of designing and evolving the organisation’s DevOps framework, enabling secure, scalable and automated deployments across multiple product teams.
This is a predominantly technical design role (approximately 75% architecture/design and 25% hands‑on implementation), where you’ll build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, develop Infrastructure as Code solutions, improve cloud automation, and help engineering teams adopt best practices. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Architecture and Service Reliability teams to remove friction from software delivery and enable continuous deployment into AWS cloud environments.
You’ll also help drive observability, cloud cost optimisation (FinOps), infrastructure automation, containerisation and platform scalability while ensuring security and compliance are embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
