Closing Date 25th July 2026. Starting Salary £60,000 DOE. This is a great job for someone who has significant experience managing complex liability claims and is looking to use their technical expertise to influence outcomes on some of Aviva's most challenging cases. You may already be handling high-value Employers' Liability, Public and Product Liability claims and be ready to take on broader responsibility within a highly skilled team.
Our Major & Complex Claims team manages some of Aviva's most significant liability claims, helping customers through challenging situations while protecting the long-term sustainability of our business.
In this role, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value and complex Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Product Liability claims, including Third Party Property Damage cases. You'll work closely with brokers, customers, legal partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver fair, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.
You'll also play a key role in driving technical excellence, improving claims performance, and sharing your expertise across the wider team.
