In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a safe, reliable and professional service for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Delivering alcoholic products from our customer base to RDCs, retail stores and warehouse locations across the UK. Running out-and-back routes, planning your journey efficiently each day to ensure timely deliveries. Providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone in a professional manner. Maintaining regular communication with the transport team for progress updates and to help manage customer expectations. Managing your driving hours and working time in full compliance with all relevant legislation while working away from home. Attending ongoing training sessions to support your continued development and keep your skills up to date. Essential Skills and Qualifications Hold a valid UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence, ready to take on the open road with confidence. Possess a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card, ensuring you're always compliant and prepared. Bring your passion for delivering exceptional customer service, making every interaction count. Thrive under deadlines, showcasing your ability to work efficiently and effectively. Be a confident, polite, and collaborative team player, contributing to a positive work environment. Have excellent geographical knowledge, navigating routes with ease and precision.
