About the
Role

Working alongside the Head of Care, you will
support quality assurance and regulatory compliance across our supported living
services in North-East Essex, Ipswich and Norwich. You will help services
maintain CQC readiness, identify opportunities for improvement, analyse quality
data and support teams to deliver safe, person-centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone
with experience in health and social care who enjoys auditing, problem-solving
and driving continuous improvement.

audits and monitor compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards, health and
safety legislation and local authority requirements.

  • Support
services to remain inspection-ready at all times.

  • Monitor
safeguarding activity, incidents and action plans, escalating concerns
    where appropriate.

  • Analyse
quality and compliance data to identify trends and opportunities for
    improvement.

  • Produce
clear reports and present findings to the Head of Care.

  • Support
managers in implementing and monitoring improvement plans.

  • Review
care records, documentation and policies to ensure compliance and best
    practice.

  • Champion
person-centred care by seeking feedback from the people we support and
    their families.

  • Promote
a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and learning across
    services.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate
    about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

  • Organised,
analytical and confident working with data.

  • Comfortable
carrying out audits and producing reports.

  • Confident
communicating with staff, managers, families and the people we support.

  • Able
to challenge poor practice professionally and support positive change.

  • A
strong team player with excellent attention to detail.

Essential
Requirements

  • Level
3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).

  • Knowledge
of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.

  • Experience
    collecting and analysing data.

  • Good
    Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

  • Full
UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services.

Desirable

  • Level
4 or 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, Leadership, Quality or
    Change Management.

  • Experience
preparing for or supporting CQC inspections.

  • Experience
using care management or quality assurance systems.

  • Experience
producing reports for senior managers or regulatory bodies.

  • Experience
    working across multiple services.

Why Join
Harley House?

You'll become part of a supportive
organisation that values quality, continuous improvement and putting people
first. You'll work closely with experienced leaders, develop your knowledge of
quality and compliance, and play an important role in improving outcomes for
the people we support.

If you're passionate about quality, compliance
and making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
