Covering across our North and Wales Division this role can be based in either our Albrighton or St Asaph office, with travel across the the regional offices and clients homes expected.
Active Care in the Home has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months expanding our services to support more people with complex care needs to live safely and independently in the place they call home. And we're only just getting started!
As we continue to expand our services, strengthen our quality frameworks, and invest in delivering outstanding outcomes for the people we support, we're looking for an ambitious Quality Lead to join our team.

This is a newly created opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping quality across our expanding division. You'll have the autonomy to influence how we work, build strong governance frameworks, support services to achieve excellence, and help ensure every person we support receives safe, effective and person-centred care.
