Maintenance Technician Location: Annesley, NG15 (Sherwood Business Park) Salary: £TBC Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Industry: Logistics & Distribution Reporting to: Facilities Manager The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics and distribution company based at Sherwood Business Park for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their on-site Facilities team. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the maintenance and smooth operation of two busy warehouse facilities. You'll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, and fully operational. We're looking for someone with strong electrical maintenance experience alongside general building and facilities maintenance skills. If you enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your work, and are looking for a stable Monday to Friday role, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across warehouse and office facilities. * Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues, minimising downtime. * Diagnose and repair electrical faults on site equipment, lighting, and building services. * Complete general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, roofing, and building fabric repairs. * Carry out Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighti...
