At Parkdean Resorts were looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support the smooth running of our busy kitchen. If youre confident in leading others thrive in highpressure environments and love creating highquality dishes this role gives you the perfect opportunity to develop your career in a fastpaced rewarding Sous Chef youll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food and ensure the efficient and safe operation of our kitchen. Youll support stock and budget controls help maintain excellent food standards and play a key role in training and developing the kitchen team.
