\nA well-established and highly regarded Central London law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing Property team.\n
\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of both residential and commercial property matters within a busy, supportive, and collaborative environment. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, genuine career progression, and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.\n

\nThe Role\n
\nYou will manage your own mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, acting for a diverse client base including private individuals, investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and business owners.\n
\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
    • \n
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • \n
  • Advising on commercial acquisitions and disposals
    • \n
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and related property documentation
    • \n
  • Acting on remortgages, transfers of equity, and refinancing transactions
    • \n
  • Conducting title investigations and reviewing searches
    • \n
  • Preparing reports on title and advising clients throughout the transaction
    • \n
  • Liaising with lenders, agents, surveyors, and other solicitors
    • \n
  • Ensuring compliance with AML, Land Registry, SDLT, and regulatory requirements
    • \n
  • Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
    • \n
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives where appropriate
    • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
    • \n
  • Minimum 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
    • \n
  • Strong experience across both residential and commercial property matters
    • \n
  • Confident managing a busy caseload independently
    • \n
  • Excellent technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
    • \n
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
    • \n
  • Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
    • \n
  • Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
    • \n
  • Experience using legal case management systems
    • \n
