Designed for multinational clients Atradius Global is a specialist team dedicated to the individual trade credit insurance needs of multinational businesses. Job Description
A vacancy has arisen for an Associate Account Manager position in the Global UK & Ireland Team in Cardiff. This is an entry level role providing administrative support for the account team and providing customer centric support within the dedicated Global Customer Services Team. The position is being offered on a fixed-term contract for an initial two-year period with the opportunity for the contract to be extended beyond this term.
The role involves daily contact with large organisations and requires you to manage a varied workload from dealing with customer queries to policy administration and invoicing.
