About the role
You'll be supporting four adults, three women and one man aged between their 30s and mid-40s who live together in a home in Harston, Cambridgeshire. The people we support have learning disabilities, autism, behaviours of distress, and complex health needs, and require dedicated support with all aspects of daily life. This includes personal care, PEG feeding, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
No two days are the same in this busy and rewarding home. The people we support enjoy leading active and fulfilling lives, and you'll play a key role in helping them take part in the interests they love.
