From meaningful one-to-one moments to shared experiences, your work will help create a home that enriches lives every day.

Your role Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, preferences and lifestyles Take the time to get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience Bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful, social and engaging (If you have experience as a Wellbeing Assistant, Activities Coordinator, or event planning and management, we’d love to hear from you).
