We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our front-of-house team. If you’re a natural people-person with strong leadership skills and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading and inspiring the team
Help oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Motivate and train team members to achieve their best
Assist in stock management, financial targets, and operational efficiency
Ensure high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food quality
Step up and take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
What You’ll Bring:
You will have experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant setting
·Love working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment
Are a strong team player and natural leader who motivates others
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Have financial awareness in stock control, budgets and sales targets
Can problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
Brings a hands-on, positive, and can-do attitude
