Job description
Social Media Executive - Attleborough, Norfolk - £30,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience) My client is an exciting, market-leading digital entertainment business experiencing significant growth and theyre seeking a Social Media Executive ready to take ownership of their organic social presence; whether youre stepping up into this role or looking to deepen your expertise. As a Social Media Executive, youll have the opportunity to take ownership of day‑to‑day content execution, community management, and platform performance across all channels, whilst contributing to the overall organic social strategy. Youll manage and maintain content calendars, create and curate engaging platform‑specific content, and translate wider marketing campaigns into compelling social‑first storytelling that resonates with audiences. Building and managing engaged communities, youll actively drive conversation, monitor sentiment, analyse performance data and make recommendations for improvement, giving you genuine autonomy to shape the direction of the brands social presence and see the real commercial impact of your work across a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment. This Social Media Executive role would suit an enthusiastic social media professional with hands‑on experience managing organic social media channels or someone looking to develop their expertise within a commercial brand environment. Youll bring solid content creation skills with strong copywriting abilities, an eye for what performs across different platforms and growing comfort using social media analytics tools to track performance and draw insights. Your enthusiasm for community building, proactive approach to work, and willingness to learn design tools like Figma or Canva will help you thrive, with a genuine interest in the premium automotive, entertainment or enthusiast‑led sectors being particularly valuable.
