Job description
Conformance Manager 12 month contract Based in Broughton Offering £46.82ph Inside IR35 Do you have experience managing a wide portfolio of suppliers? Do you have experience working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders? Do you want to work with an industry-leading company? If your answer to these is yes, then this could be the role for you! As the Conformance Manager, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry. You will be involved in: Ensuring immediate Internal Containment of Supplier Quality Escapes found in the Plant/FAL Working with Suppliers to provide immediate Containment at the Suppliers site Working with both Suppliers and the extended Procurement community to determine the root cause and the permanent corrective actions required to eradicate quality escapes Liaising closely with the Operational and Quality teams to agree liability and that containment & permanent corrective are in place Provide feedback/KPI's to the Operational/Quality organisations on Supplier Quality performance within the supply chain Working closely with the PIO function to ensure continued availability of parts during times of quality escapes Supporting the operational team in man...
