Job description
Location: Dudley | Salary: From £12.71 - £13.00 per hour | Part time, Permanent Are you looking to get into early years and ready to make a difference? About the Role As an Early Years Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, creating a warm, engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe, seen, and inspired to learn. Your key responsibilities will include: * Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 through meaningful play and planned experiences * Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs * Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care * Building strong partnerships with parents and families * Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development What Were Looking For We’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy and excellence to everything they do.
