Registered Manager – Independent Living Development
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Manager to join the team at our Booth Court, Retirement Living Plus Development in Ickenham, Uxbridge, Middlesex. You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, care delivery, and operational running of the community, ensuring residents enjoy independence, dignity, and a vibrant lifestyle.
As the Registered Care Manager, you will provide strong leadership to your care and support team, uphold the highest quality standards, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
