CSA Construction Manager – Data Centre Construction £85,000 - £90,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Living Allowance Blyth, England, United Kingdom (On-Site) We're recruiting for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors on a major hyperscale data centre project in Blyth, England. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) package on a flagship mission-critical project, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As CSA Construction Manager, you'll oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, coordinate with project teams, and drive programme delivery from construction through to project handover. Key Responsibilities • Manage all Civil, Structural and Architectural works across the project. • Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate construction activities. • Manage subcontractors, site teams and daily progress. • Ensure Health & Safety, QA/QC and project quality standards are achieved. • Coordinate project programmes with Project Managers, Planners and Design Teams. • Review drawings, specifications and resolve technical issues. • Monitor progress, manpower and productivity across all CSA activities. • Attend client, coordination and commercial meetings. • Support commercial teams...
