Where will you be working?

At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes. Want to come and be a part of it?

What will you be doing?

You’ll carry out a variety of essential tasks including:

Pothole repairs

Excavation works

Laying & levelling kerbs, slabs and bitumen macadam

Drainage and gully installations

Working on Highways furniture, equipment and similar fixtures (e.g. Erection, maintenance, fixing and/or dismantling)

Taking responsibility for vehicles/plant/materials in your charge. Complete site paperwork as required.

Assist with Winter Maintenance duties

What you’ll bring

Clean driving License

A commitment to Health and Safety- it’s at the heart of everything we do!

Good communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy

Ability to carry out manual work outdoors, in all weather conditions

CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain)

NRSWA qualification (or willingness to obtain)

HGV Class C driving licence is highly desirable (or demonstrate ability to obtain one)
