This hybrid role combines leadership with hands-on client management. Youll oversee a team of four Client Advisors while managing a small portfolio of clients yourself. This is your chance to make a real difference in a regulated environment, ensuring service excellence and delivering outstanding results for our clients and stakeholders.How you'll make an impactIn this role, youll lead, motivate, and develop a team of Client Advisors, ensuring theyre equipped to deliver exceptional service. Youll monitor workloads, client feedback, and performance trends to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Building strong relationships with clients, broking leadership, and support teams will be key to achieving positive outcomes. Youll also contribute to regional and Public Sector initiatives, helping to improve processes and grow client relationships.
